1108 is owned and operated by Northern Virginia native and Radford University graduate, Dalton Okolo. The company’s title is an abbreviation of a Southern Virginia address in which the idea for a DMV-based media-production company was conceptualized. Nestled in the Virginia Highlands, between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains, 1108 was an ideal location to set early film narratives while drawing inspiration from the surrounding community. From then til now the goal has remained the same - to create high-fidelity content.
At 1108 we seek to provide our clients with an inclusive and efficient experience that keeps their vision at the forefront while facilitating the necessary aspects of media production.
